West Seneca enforces a strict totes-only policy since March 3, 2014. Any old garbage can or recycling bin placed curbside will be permanently removed. All trash must fit in the tote with lid closed — loose bags or overflow are not collected. Contractor debris is never accepted under any circumstances.
